4th Annual

Dahlia Tuber Sale

February 28, 2026 9am - 1pm

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IF YOU PLAN TO ATTEND:

What varieties will we have available?

We have an exciting line up of varieties this season! Many new releases along with the classics. We will be posting a full list of all varieties from all four farms below by February 13th, 2026. Please note, we cannot guarantee quantities as all tubers are subject to ongoing inspections for health and viability up through the morning of the sale.

When can I line up?

As the beautiful historic barn is on private property, we kindly request that no one line up before 8am. The sale will begin at 9am, no exceptions. If you choose to line up outside, please be prepared for the weather. This is a farm. There is no shelter outside the barn. There will be a portable toilet onsite. We are actively working on a ticket numbering system to distribute to those who arrive early. This will allow you to wait in your car yet keep your space in line.

Will I have to race to get what I want?

Absolutely not. In fact, our sale is very carefully planned and our process is strongly enforced. Once you line up, that is your place until you checkout. Everyone in front of you remains in front of you, everyone behind you remains behind you. You will not be permitted to jump forward in line, unless you are finished shopping and ready to proceed to the checkout queue.  If you missed a tuber that you have already passed, we have staff that will retrieve it for you. This allows families with strollers, persons with medical conditions, and those who just need a little more time to shop, the opportunity to do so without being bullied, shoved or unnecessarily rushed.

What is the checkout process?

There is one main line for checkout, however, when it is your turn to pay you will need to pay in a separate transaction for each farm you are purchasing from. So if you have tubers from three farms, there will be three charges. As we are all small businesses, we request you pay in cash when possible. This allows us to save on the very high fees associated with payments made by card. However, all farms are equipped to take card payments. Please bring your own bags to lovingly carry your tubers home.

Do you guarantee your tubers?

We all do our best to keep our fields disease free, and do not grow any stock that is knowingly diseased. We inspect the tubers multiple times before the sale, and all tubers are packaged so that you can conveniently check for viable eyes. You are strongly encouraged to examine each tuber for health and viability while picking your stock. Once you leave the farm, you are accepting that your selected tubers are in good health and viable and they are now fully your responsibility to further care for. If you feel uncomfortable with any tubers you have purchased, we will gladly exchange or refund you while the sale is still in progress. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted once the sale ends.

Our sale is in-person because we want to see your smiles and hear your stories. We want you to have fun, and hopefully make a few new friends.

If you do not have the patience or time to wait your turn in line, this sale is not for you.

If you are disrespectful to anyone, you will be asked to leave.

Please bring a full tank of patience, a kind heart. We look forward to sharing the day with you and can't wait to see you!
